Even many pgc supporters agree and have admitted on many occassionsthat the biological data is not sufficient in the qualities that are being obtained.

Nope. Your unfoundedopinion. In most cases they simply interview pgc personell. And they print whatever pgc tells them. Nothing more. Nothing less.

Including myself. And we also agree pgc is looking over us, and to other interests. They are also being run bytreehuggers and implementing unnecessary tactics. Most, including self, think its high time for a change, andwont except NOTHING as a substitute, unlike yourself and the other extremists.

I have no grand illusions of usp winning. Possible i suppose. But wether pgc is doing what is right or not for the deer and the hunter, doesnt hinge solely on the lawsuit. We have problems pgc could easily fix, but refuse to. The lawsuit doesnt even begin to address those concerns. Too narrow in scope most likely, and I have no knowledge of USP determination or preparedness. Im just a Pa hunter like hundreds of thousands of others sitting on the sidelines cussing pgc. Especially seeing them try so hard to weasel out of the lawsuit when Theyve already managed to weasel out of the audit due to refusing to cooperate and making excuses.
