Has the PGC released the data on breeding rates/WMU? Have they released the data on the effects of ARs on rack sizes? Have they refused to provide the current DD in each WMU?
Any intelligent party in a lawsuit tends tobe cautious in releasing anything that could be pertinent to the case. It's usually done on the advice of counsel. The PGC only became tight lipped after this friviloussuit was filed.
