Well, I made a trip to predator rich AZ., but callin' wasn't as good as I had hoped for. Isn't that always the case. I did manage to kill 3 of the 4 that I got shots at. The bad side is, that I had high hopes for a cat, BIG or small, but never got to see either. Plenty of tracks of them, but finding them is not so easy. It was a lot of fun calling in a totally new area. Lots of variety in land scape. Hope to do it again some day.
This double answered our two man group howl at 11:30 a.m., and they were both young males. Hit the 2nd one a little far back as he was retreating back to cover after the first shot. He didn't make it far before dropping over.
