anyone try any beaver? Heard they are pretty good eatin too...never bothered to learn to trap them though as its usually cold as snot and the ice is to friggn thick to bother with it! I know the local trappers sell carcasses to the mushers, some trappers use it for bait and it sounds like most of them have eatin it a time or two and enjoyed it..anyone else?
