Default RE: Eating Varmits

Well, haven't every tried coyote, coon, or oppossum, but had some porcupine a fews years ago, closed season on them now in Colo., but a freind of mine arrowed one, field dressed it, took it home, brought some to work for everyone to try, and it wasn't bad, but it didn't taste like chicken and the meat was kinda greasy. Also have had rattle snake, which was pretty good and would eat it again, just not much meat on one of those critters.Froman, coyote jerky? let us know how it turns out!
