I just use regular windex with ammonia, a can of compressed air - or in my case a compressor and a couple dry patches.
If the bore is clean there really is not much for the moisture to cling to, the ammonia evaporates watervapor with it (not to mention that it cleans metal to metal) and the compressed air causes water and vaporto evaporate really fast. It really works well when the bore is warm.
Same at the range I just use a patch very lightly treated with windex - no dry patch necessary... then load and shoot again... repeat the process
