Thought I'd give you fellas an update on my son. Taylor's finally out of training and into the real Army. He's an Information Technology Specialist (25B) at Camp Casey, outside Tongduchon, S. Korea. That's about 40 miles north of Seoul, up by the DMZ. We drove to Augusta to see him off a couple of weeks ago after he processed out of Fort Gordon.

Of course, my wife went absolutely nuts with her baby heading off halfway around the world. I had a thousand mile drive back home filled with nearly constant crying, but she's finally settling down about it... somewhat. I couldn't be more proud of him.

I'm also enjoying the computer he built before he left. This thing dims the lights in the neighborhood when I crank it up. [8D]
