Default RE: Load data 243 winchester and speer bullets

I'm with retreiverman. Go to the powder company site. The one indicated will give loadings for IMR, Hodgdon, and Winchester powders.

I only have one reloading book. I always used the powder company pamphlets that were free from the gun store. About ten years ago, I went to the internet and got the data from the powder company sites. I'd recommend it for old and new reloaders.

Frankly, I don't load enough cartridges to buy five different reloading manuals. If the powder companies are spending all that time and money to come up with loads for their powder, it seems rather naive to not use their data. Especially, if I'm using their powder.

My only concern about using a new bullet, is that I measure it for cartridge overall length. I'm not too concerned about the loading for a "particular" bullet. The powder company data is good enough for a ballpark loading start.
