i can run a a couple hundred feet of garden hose and a sprinkler up to the area, its not far from the house. I'd prefer liquid fertilizer but will make do with what i have.

Grass seed shouldnt be to bad. The Oats i plan on going down to the feed store and buy a 50lb sack and spread it and then use a chain link fence piece to cover the seeds with dirt.

Got to love southern colorado, it was a chilly 61* out today!!! My other field i really wanted to plow still has 8" of snow on it But i did find a nice spot down there to dig a water hole.
