you might wanna try an rws rifle from airgun express in montezuma iowa. you can get a rebuilt gun for about $100 less than say cabelas and they shoot pretty good, s/b 1100fps havnt chronyed mine but it hauls a$$. DONT buy a bsa scope for it though, itll tear it up. a spring pilton air rifle will kill any scope that is not made to take the recoil of the spring piston(a forward type recoil compared to rearward). you can get the remanufactured rifle for around $220 itll kill a rabbit at 75 yards. you have to try different pellets to get the best group. mine like the crosman premiers, cheap and accurate.
