Its all about placement not about size. I've seen a sow take 4 hits from a 44 automag at 20 yards and walk off, I put one (180g bronze tip 3006 ) behind the right shoulder and it did not make it out the other side. Found it stuck in that armer they have. Then I saw one dropped for the count with a 3030 with a shot to the neck.
