Jeff, I stood up for ILCornfed's opinion for 2 reasons. One I felt he was being honest and stating facts that are easily seen by even an untrained eye. 2nd I don't think he meant the critism as malicious in anyway, nor do I.
If you didn't agree with him that is your choice, but you didn't have to jump him for being Honest which is a lot less than many are.

), I believe what you're saying here. But I have to say again, that an opinion wasn't asked for, let alone such a negative one. I really don't think our young friendwanted to hear all of that about something that he takes great pride in, and worked very hard for. Most of us on this forum are adults, and we should try our best to carry ourselves accordingly, using some discretion. That wasn't done!I as well as others,just think the critiquing was rather uncalled for. Literally.I believethere's a time and a place for everything, this was neither.

but Corfed gave him one none the less and if anyone didn't agree then they should have just ignored it.
To say WTF Cornfed etc. and make out like he was bashing LR'er was not necessary. He congratulated him on the Deer.
My guess someday LR'er will be thankful someone was honest with him. I know I was even though it was painful at the time. I still admire Honesty even when it may not be politcally correct.
