Default RE: Tree Saddle vs Fixed position stand

DoeGirl,
I have been using the Original tree saddle for several years. I have no need to go back to climbers. I use Ameristep Non typical rails, 15ft climbing sticks 39.00 ones at BP and screw in steps. Check out the trophyline site for those steps they are the best for building a platform
at the top.. I can be ready to hunt from the bottom of the tree(with screw in steps) to 18 feet(at my feet) in 25 minutes and thats taking a cool off time and changin into my scent loc. This helps me be more mobile and adjust to the sign if necessary. The tree saddle gives you 360 degree hunting capability and you can hide behind the tree.. to minimize movement. You have made a good choice.. Find your grove that works for you.. Get the Knee Pads.. It will help you sleep early in the morning before daybreak. Unless you are a pro and have everyone else
do the scouting for you.. The trophyline saddle will help you see more deer and take more deer. Best wishes.. and God Bless
