The only time when I feel it' s worth sitting all day is during rut. The deer around here move at all hours at that time. Your chances of getting a buck at 2:00 PM are as good as 6:00 AM. I will start sitting early during the first couple of weeks of the season. The deer are still in summer feeding mode, and they' ll start moving by 3 or 4 PM. They' ll also move later in the AM.
