I plan to try the skull bleaching kit. (Cabela's Link below). I suspect the sodium carbonate will help remove the "leather." It's a bit rich, but might be worth a try. If it works, I'll peice meal kits thru WACO or Van Dyke's inthe future.http://www.cabelas.com/prod-1/0009993224376a.shtml
