Sportsman's Clubs are loosing members at a frighting rate, ever think why that is?

My guess is every club has a couple of members that believe they are always right and refuse to even look into what another member suggests, you know the guys the ones that let passion blindfold them and then they try to justify their poignant ways asjust doing whats good for the club and the other members that aren't as informed.
There is a big difference in being passionate and being pompous.
