They like BH209 for powder and its the only one you do not have to wipe between shot with, The bullet that is usually most accurate is the SW often the 250 and 200gr will both shoot really well the 300gr sometimes requires a different load but normally they all will shoot 90 to 120 gr of BH209. some people say they have had a problem with them opening up to soon and some say they have had a problem with them not opening I use the heaviest load they shoot 1 inch with and I have not had a problem. There is a new flex tip inter lock bullet coming on the market it amounts to a redesign of the SST or SW [which I believe to be the same ] they have a thicker base with the interlock and a thinner nose if the shot as accurate as the SW and open in the same manner as the 250 Gold Dot they will be very good for a reason able price [I have some on order for 25 dollars for 50. The other good reasonable priced one is the Gold Dot they shoot well but don't have quite the long range accuracy of the SW but out to 150 yds are very good.
The sabot - not all shoot the same sabot well if your gun has the right size barrel then the short black Harvester will be the most accurate if it is to tight try the Harvester Crush Rib if it is too loose try the MMP 12 and there are several in between if you need to go there. But the one most TC guns shoot accurate are the SBH and MMP HPH 24 they are the same thickness but different length petals sometimes a gun will prefer one or the other.
