I understand your frustration that you can't defend your hero,Dr. Kroll. But don't feel bad ,almost all QDMA supporters have a hard time telling the truth, and Dr. Kroll is no exception.
I'm not a QDMA member, but I do have their publication of Quality Food Plots. It seems all everyone talks about is shooting doe and saving bucks, but I don't recall anyone mentioning what the DPSM should be.
In this book on page 235 is the only place I have seen the mention of number of deer, but the number isn't shown as pre or post season and he is talking about December.
The second to last sentence Kent Kammermeyer says, "I do not have a high deer population on my property (25 to 30/square mile)".
Based up that statement, what does QDMA consider high, low and just right? I'm sure some of these experts on here know that answer, as they see nothing wrong with harvesting multipule doe in a WMU that has single digit DPSM. RSB, we don't want to hear you nonsense about the forest being ruined and they should have unlimited tags in WMU 2g.
