If you are looking for speed and a light price tag, Mathews is not the way to go. For speed the bowtechs are deffinately up their. You also might want to look at the Parker Ultralite series. I deffinitely think you should look at the Darton Magnum 33, or the Proline Mountain bows, also made by Darton. When you are talking about fast the speed differences are not that great with the newer bows. Bowtechs are deffinitely faster, but not really that much when you boil it all down. And I don't know about where you live, but they are hard to find in my area. I'm not slamming Bowtech, I just think people get sucked in to easy by the speed thing.
