Ak is right, that brace height is way too high. If the bow is AMO 58" you' d want a string that' s either three or four inches longer/shorter. I forget the way that goes, someone else will have to clarify it. If you get it set up well and practice with it you' ll be able to hunt with it. It takes time, especially if you don' t have any prior archery experience, but when it comes together it feels great. If canting the bow helps you shoot it accurately, then cant the bow. There are basic guidelines to good form, but you have to develop your own shootin style. Go with what works and puts the arrow where it needs to be.
