Hey guys, sorry I have not been on in awhile, I actually had a stroke on Jan. 14th and spent a few days in the hospital getting every test done known to man. I lost half my vision for a little bit, pretty scary, and my first thought was "I hope I can still bowhunt like this". Anyway, I got my full vision back and everything seems to be going ok, still waiting on some blood test to come back before they release me to go back to work.
ANYWAYS....enough of that...here are some pics of my 2008 season
Watched this deer ALL summer, never showed when it counted.
My tree stand.
Same deer as above out of velvet and 2 miles from where I seen him all year.
Getting ready!!!!
Got my camera and arm....it didn't go as I had planned, videoing isn't easy.
Upgraded my 1991 Toyota Celica GT for something a little easier to get a deer in.
A new deer shows up.
My hunting area.
My first of the season...major ground shrinkage.
My friend Cory gets a nice one.
A November sunrise.
My biggest deer to date, a 132" 10pt. who came running to the MAD buck roar.
Already back from the taxi.
My friend Justin and his busted up 8...this deer was freakin massive body wise, I am guessing 250-260# field dressed.
Just some big Doe...had the wife drive me around the other day because I am getting stir crazy from not being able to drive or go anywhere un-attended.
And that's pretty much my year...hope all of your guy's was just as exciting and memorable....thanks for looking.
