People tend to use the word "Awesome" too much these days. Awesome is suppose to mean Awe inspiring and in this case, I'm not awed by the fletch technique this guy is using. It's not a fix all or improvement. Although it works, like TFOX said above, it's not any different than standard with an adequate offset or helical. It's just this guy's little gimmick.
