RE: What's the best ML Propellant?
Mike, I forgot to ask you, It's been awhile since I used loose powder in the poorboy with patch&round balls. When I loaded the ball on the powder I used to push it onto the powder and when I felt it seat I would then throw the ram-rod down the barrel untill the ram-rod bounced out of the muzzle, then I was happy it was seated good enough. Since a few years back now when they allowed scopes and sabots, I gave up loose powder in place of Pyro-pellets. My question is I have bever seated a sabot on loose powder, how do you know whe it's properly seated? Thank's....Ron
