Depending on your draw weight, you should be able to figure out the correct spine for a carbon arrow without having to compare.

If you are shooting 60 pounds, the gold tip 55/75 or the Beman 400' s should work for you just fine. If you are closer to 70 pounds, with the Bemans at least (since I am not familiar with Gold Tips) I would recommend the ICS 340' s.

I am currently set up with a 65# draw weight, 29" draw length and using 29" beman ICS 340' s with 125 grain heads and 4" plastic veins.
