Gentleman, I hope you can help me out, I just bought a nice Belgium Browning A5 12 gauge with the barrel stamped special steel, it has a full choke. question #1, can I shoot non toxic ammo through it. question #2 can I have the barrel bored out to accomandate screw in chokes? I did not pay alot for this gun and it will be used for hunting.

A5's are getting more and more expensive. A quick way of dropping the value is to have a adjustable choke installed.I know I wouldn't do it.You can date the gun thru browning website.
