RE: paper tuning
Paper tuning is just a very basic start. Actually it's so basic that I eyeball the set-up and skip paper tuning all together to move on to bare shaft tuning. Once I have bare shafts hitting with fletched shafts out to 30 or 40 yards I'll screw on a couple broadheads to broadhead tune but I haven't had to touch anything on any rig I've bare shaft tuned. Broadheads drop right in the same holes as FP's but it's still good to check and be sure.
