I do both, but prefer to stand because of the unpredictability of deer movement. I want to be able to adjust. That being said, I feel very comfortable shooting while sitting and put a perfect double lung on a doe at 25 yards a couple years ago while sitting. If I remember correctly I shot a 6 pointer from sitting last year at about 10 yards because he came up onme so fast I couldn't stand. Anyways, I feel it is in our best interests to practice both.
