was wondering if i can get soem info on the remington classics? i have found a rem 700 classic chambered in 35whelen. ( i have put off the 223rem for now ). it is in 90% cond. have not been able to look at it till i inspect it this friday. i take it is a older rem 700 since 35 whelen has not been chambered in the classic for some time? is the craftsman ship beter than the newer remingtons ? i don' t want a newer remington .
