That is the way I understand it. There was a guy several years ago who didnt have his property posted and threw a fit about a guy hunting on it. The CPO wrote him a trespass ticket. The guy paid $75.00 and didnt even have to appear in court. People we arrest on state statute must appear in court for a trespassing. We are all the time giving trespass warnings to people that way if they are caught on a property they dont get the pass go.
