Default RE: Wisconsin Wolves

I just went to the DNR website to check out their wolf pack map. What a joke!

heres the link

http://dnr.wi.gov/org/land/er/mammals/wolf/wolf_map.htm

you can see the white area that juts up into the north just east of center. According to the DNR there aren't any wolves there. Well I got news for them. Thats basically where I spend all my time deer hunting. Trust me there are PLENTY of wolves there. And there are definitely breeding wolves there. They do show the one area where the videos were taken as a documented pack. (sw langlade county)but they only list 3 as the population and they have a question mark if they are breeding or not. Unbelievable. They know for afact that they are breeding, and they also know there are many more than 3. I've seen as many as 8 wolves in a field all at once. This particular pack has been here for about 15 years or so. They've been given the info. There is obviously a reason why they keep the numbers low. What a perfect way to reduce the deer population huh? No way they are really that incompetent.

I'd say based on their estimates and the REAL numbers that there are actually1500 to2000 wolves in this state.
