IAGREE NO-ONE IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WOULD PAY THIS, HOW EVER OURGOV ISN'T IN HIS RIGHT MIND IN MY OPINION! OUR MONEY THAT WE PAY NOW GOES TO THE STATE GENERAL FUND. THEY SPEND IT HOWEVER THEY LIKE!
