I've never shot one, but I would not hesitate to take the 75-100 yd shots but I do not think I would want to take the 150 yd shot with a PRB. I think 54 is the right caliber for PRB but 150 yd sounds like a long ways to me. I'm sure it COULD kill a deer that far out, and certainly has, but I don't think I personally would want to try it and set up a gun specifically to do that when there are far better options.

If you are in the wide open to get that 150yd shot, any significant wind with the terrible BC of a PRB is going to have to be adjusted for.
