Since you're shooting 2016's with a 150gr tip and they're still fishtailing...try a 125gr at that length(32").Also,where are the arrows grouping? Are they grouping in the middle,left, or right? You could cut 1/2" off ONE shaft,put the insert back in and see how that flies.If the waggling looks better,cut another 1/2" off and try again.I shoot 2016's opff my 47# longbow and they're cut at 28.25" with a 125gr tip(I draw 27").Also,make sure the brace hgt. is set right
