Default RE: Educate me on correct arrow weight needed

For my compound I shoot 29"CX Terminators 6075 (arrows I already had when I bought the bow)With the 100 grain head they weigh inat 480gn. They seem to fly goodbut I may switch to lighter arrows this spring if money permits. My bow is pulling 29" and is 74lbs actual weight. KE is high with this setup. So I think going down around400-420 maybe better out at a little longer range without penetration issues. I'm no arrow expert though so I tend to run the heavier side (Trad background too)

With my selfbow pulling 70# @ 27" I shoot a 600-620 grain rivercane arrow. I just weighed an older one with a different head and it was right in that range. Should hit prett hard too.
