I have one and have used it as an angle to view me to get a second perspective. It's not bad for the money, but it does not do well in low light at all. The footage is pretty much useless. I tried using it on my stabilizer and tested it out and the footage was so shaky that you couldn't tell what was going on.

It has it's uses, but it has to be the right application.
