Is this a 2008 FireCat? There should be a sticker on the inside of the bottom limb that tells what the bow will peak at when the bolts (limbs) are bottomed. You can safely back each limb bolt out five turns, which should drop the maximum weight by 15#. If she can't draw that then it's obviously too much weight. The other thing to consider is the draw length. If the bow's draw length is too long then the bow will be harder to draw.

Realize that most women cannot draw as much weight as men because men have this problem called testosterone and often buy a bow that peaks at a higher weight than they should be shooting too. They have some stupid notion that more is better all the time when in reality archery is about accuracy and not brute strength.
