Default RE: Reusing a bullet

ORIGINAL: Hammer49

Dove-tailing off of the BH209 corrosion topic from earlier, can you reuse a bullet after pushing out a load? I've read that the sabot isn't reusable (no problem there) but never saw the bullet specifically addressed. Thanks in advance!!!!!

Hammer
Sure. Some say the bullet is deformed or whatever, well then what is the difference if being pushed out by a load VS a ram rod, other than speed? Makes no difference, now if you bend a ballistic tip or something like than, then that can make a difference. We are not target shooter shooting 1000 yards.
