If there were any common sense involved, this wouldnt be going on. The extent of the excessive extreme reduction wouldnt have taken place in the first place. Hunters wouldnt be declining at OVER DOUBLE the national average, pgc would have enough money to operate efficiently, and money wouldnt be getting wasted on court cases, audits or anything else that should not be necessary in the first place.
