Dont know about that, but do know that pgc being an "independent" agency has allowed them a really long leash and has helped them circumvent any accountability for their actions. I dont believe the circumstances you speak of will change a thing.

Only thing that will get answers and "secret" data out in the open will be a court case, or legislators squeezing their piggy bank.
