indiana doesnt have a stateleash law on cats as well as most states and countysin the united states because of the fact its too hard to enforce...........i trap themand they all come with me to the animal shelter. they get 72 hours for the owner to claim them after that. if they are too wild to be adopted they getput down.

Indiana doesn't allow you to shoot domestic animals unless they're causing damage to your property.
