WE have lots of things to do in the North. Snowmobiles, ATV's, cross country ski, snowshoe hiking, rabbit hunting in the snow, ice fishing, target shooting, wood cutting, shovelling roofs [:@]...

In all honesty, you get used to the cold and while we know enough to dress for it, we get to where we do not feel it as bad as you might think. Acclamation I believe it is called. This morning it was -6º and we got another three inches of snow (still snowing) so while the dog had to wander around and do his business.. I shovelled the steps and walks and never even had a winter jacket on. Just my heavy flannel shirt (and pants and shoes for all you snickering devils outthere)and working was enough to make me comfortable In fact I worked up a little sweat out there...

Our joke is the people that live in the warmer climates how they can take that heat... It gets hot in the summer here and all we do is run for the house where it is cool..
