I do not know if the Sako Optilock bases and rings will fit that Sako or not. Hopefully one of the experts on here know that answer. If they do, I've got bases and rings that came off my 75 that I will sell at a very reasonable price. You might wish to call Talley or Conetrol. They both have wide selection ranges in their product lines, and may have ones that fit.
