Well you got me there. I haven't been to the town about the situation. I thought talking to the nieghbor would be good enough. And isn't it to bad that it took me getting angry, threatening to shoot thier dog before they listened, kind of. In our town dogs are allowed to roam, these people bought a house in the country so they could have dogs and let them run.

Now as far as the original post, I think everyone had the old "how dare they shoot a dog, and I would kick thier a$$, and felony this and that". So I offered up a different idea. Mabey his dog was always out, mabey his dog was brought home by the other guy numerous times, we don't know.

the sad thing is, and I will say it again is ,,,, it is never the dogs fault. I have never shot a dog, but when is enough, enough.
