If this is real then congrats to the hunter but I dont to see the beginning of a new trend with this.
Some people get obsessed with the whole idea of "making it more challenging" but this is taking it too far IMO and borders on irresponsible.
The doe is down as shown in the pics but the failure / wounding rate with this method of hunting is way higher than with bow and should not be done.
Next thing we'll see is a "tomohawk season" with some days taken fromrifle season or muzzle loading , enough with the primitive nonsense.
I can only hope this an isolated incident.
