You cannot spot with a gun in the car period. Protection permit or not. A state trooper is exempt but other than than that, don't get caught. YOU WILL PAY THE PRICE. I also do not want to associate road poaching with hunters. If you are disabled and have a permit to hunt from a vehicle fine, park it and hunt. I see absolutly no problem with that. Otherwise you are not a "Hunter" you are an outlaw and give "Hunters" a bad name. Wouldn't that be just great to shoot a 140" buck and be able to BRAG that you shot it from your truck. WOOPIE!!
