When recoil destroys a scope, you have a cheap scope.

My son has a Handi-Rifle in 45/70 which seems to love to destroy scopes.
My Marlin 1895 has eaten a few of them also, at least until I started using fixed power glass. I'm presently using a Simmons 4x32 pro hunter shotgun scope and it is doing great.
We shoot 425 gr Beartooth Pile Driver Jr's with a case full of H Varget and the recoil is sharp.I'm looking at the Weaver K4, but would like some suggestions. Thanks Glenn
