Guru,who's claiming the herd should eb brought down lower than the PGC's recommendations?

Rich and Sproulman,once again the guy has about 14 huntable acres that borders elk state forest the rest is a cliff.A deer is a timber maggot to this guy and he begs people to shoot them.How does that make this area better to hunt?The private land excuse doesn't wash.
The Audubon wants the herd managed at the biodiversity(ecological) carrying capacity rather than the nutritional carrying capacity. If the Audubon had their way the whole northern tier would be managed at 8-10 OWD PSM.
