I was wondering if I had lost my mind or not. All you need is the bolt.

All you need is the 3/8 bolt that screws in the bottom, get a size that will stick out 1/8 to 1/4 from the arm. I am pretty sure it is course threaded, but someone else would have to verify that for me.
