Default Knight Customer Service

Just thought I would put a good word in for Knight's customer service. When I bought my Disc Extreme a few weeks ago, it didn't have the non-FPJ conversion with it or theC tool mentioned in the instructions. I wasn't really too concerned about either, especially since, while I purchased it new, it was still 5 years old. Anyway, I sent an email to Knight. She emailed me back to ask a few more questions, to which I responded, and then I didn't hear anything for about a week. I thought that was kind of odd to just blow me off like that, but whatever. Well about a week later, I got another email from Laurie at Knight. She was very apologetic for the delay and explained that she had to order more C tools and was waiting to get them in. She said that everything would be in the mail the next day. A couple hours later she emailed me again and said the she had gotten everything in the mail. I got it three days later. Anyway, I'm very impressed and just thought I'd let everyone know.
