As a Hornady lover, I would say buy the RCBS kit. I like most of what Hornady makes. ., but RCBS balance scales are the best. Hornady scales leave me wanting for more accuracy and sensitivity. The RCBS press has a slight advantage too. Hornady one shot is a better lube system. Also Hornady has easier dies to use and the LNL is a nice deal.

In the end, I would choose RCBS because of the scale, or sell the Hornady scale on Ebay and buy an RCBS 5-10 off Ebay which is better than either kit scale!
